This OrgPad contains most of the neccessary info for Oversize and Overweight permits for New York City, including the Submission Schedule, the dimentions when your Legal, when Escorts and, when Route Surveys are needed, and the Dates and Times when you can travel.

New York City Oversize-Overweight Submission Schedule
- All times are Eastern Time Zone
- Most loads will require TWO permits, one loaded, one empy or unladen.
- Unladed/empty permit needed if over:
- 55'-0" Long
- 8'0" Wide
- 13'-6" HigH
- Cost $35 each + Permit Company Fee(if applicable)
- Load Info Needed: Example "CAT D6 DOZER", "TRANE 35TON HVAC UNIT"
- Dims for Load by itself are required(Legth, Width, Height)
- Dims of Truck, Trailer, and Load combined also needed(Length, Width, Height)
- Must have actual weight of Load and gross weight
- Submitted weight can not be "80,000" or "79,999"
Replication Permits
- If the customer is delayed and missed their entry window, they may be able to apply for a Replication Permit
- They will be charged again, but can get the a permit the next day
- Replications are for date/time changes
- Changes to Dims, Weight, Orgin, Destination, or Load Description are not allowed
- Must be submitted by 10:00am for same-day Night Move(10:30pm), or next-day Day Move(10:00am)
Email Must Contain
- Email subject line must contain the following text: Replication Request
- Email message much contain:
- The pervious Application/Permit Number(s) to be replicated
- The new Date and Time of the move
- State that you know they will be chaged again for the new permits
- Must state a reason for the replication
- If they have time to submit the app via the regular methode, they must proceed with the the standard application process
