Testujeme chování personálu v reakci na objednávky a akce návštěvníků.

Testování BARu

A quality control engineer walks into a bar. He orders a beer. He orders 0 beers. He orders 99999999999 beers. He orders a lizard. He orders 1 beer. He orders ueicbksjdhd.

The first real customer walks in and asks where the restroom is. The bar catches fire and kills everyone.

Security testing

Ve středu ve 12:00 jděte do baru. Najděte dveře s nápisem "místnost pro obsluhu" a vstupte do místnosti. Zkontrolujte, zda jsou dveře do "místnosti pro obsluhu" zamčené.

Očekávaný výsledek: Dveře jsou zamčené.

( Go to a bar on Wednesday at 12:00. Find the door that says "service room" and enter the room. Check that the door to the "service room" is closed.

Expected result: The door is locked.)

Functional testing

Zkouším vytížení baru. Přijďte do baru. Sedni si k prázdnému stolu. Objednejte si tři sklenice vína, jednu sklenici malinovky, dvě pizzy a jednu sklenici piva. Ověřte, zda bar zvládne velkou objednávku bez prodlení.

Očekávaný výsledek: Všechny položky objednávky byly splněny správně. Celá objednávka byla vyřízena včas.

(I'm testing the bar's traffic. Come to the bar. Sit at an empty table. Order three glasses of wine, one glass of raspberry juice, 2 pizzas, and 1 glass of beer. Check whether the bar can handle a large order without delay.

The expected result: All items in the order were fulfilled correctly. The entire order was completed on time.)

Usability Testing

1. Požádejte o knihu návrhů a stížností. Zkontrolujte dostupnost knihy a přidejte nový záznam.  Očekávaný výsledek: Číšník přinese knihu návrhů a stížností. Bude zapsán nový záznam.
2. Požádejte o jídelní lístek v angličtině. Zkontrolujte dostupnost jídelního lístku. Očekávaný výsledek: Číšník přinese barový lístek v angličtině.
3. Jděte v 15:00 k baru, posaďte se k prázdnému stolu, tiše se posaďte a počkejte, až číšník přijde ke stolu a zeptá se, co si chcete objednat.  Očekávaný výsledek: Číšník přijde ke stolu za ≤ 5 minut.

1. Ask for a book of suggestions and complaints. Check the availability of this book and add a new entry. Expected result: The waiter will bring the book of suggestions and complaints. A new entry will be written.
2. Ask for the menu in English. Check the availability of the menu. Expected result: The waiter will bring the bar menu in English.
3. Go to the bar at 15:00, sit down at an empty table, sit quietly and wait for the waiter to come to the table and ask what you want to order. Expected result: The waiter will come to your table in ≤ 5 minutes

Usability testing

Přijďte v 17:00 k baru, posaďte se k volnému stolu, objednejte si hranolky a koktejl s sebou. Zjistěte, zda je vhodné vzít si jídlo a pití s sebou (dostupnost tašek, nádob).

Očekávaný výsledek: Všechny položky byly splněny podle objednávky. Objednávka je zabalena.

(Come to the bar at 17:00, sit down at a free table, order fries and a cocktail to go. Check whether it is convenient to take the food and drink with you (availability of bags, containers).

Expected result: All items were fulfilled according to the order. The order is packaged.)

Recovery testing

V 16:00 jděte do baru, sedněte si k volnému stolu a objednejte si 1 koktejl. Když je objednávka doručena, omylem převrhněte sklenici s koktejlem. Zkontrolujte, zda přijde číšník a situaci napraví.

Očekávaný výsledek: Číšník přijde a nabídne výměnu stolu nebo úklid.

(Go to the bar at 4:00 p.m., sit down at a free table, order 1 cocktail. When the order is delivered, then accidentally knock over the glass with the cocktail. Check whether the waiter will come and fix the situation.

Expected result: The waiter will come and offer to change the table or clean it up.)

Load Testing

Zajděte ve špičce do baru, sedněte si ke stolu a objednejte si 7 koktejlů. Zjistěte, jak dlouho trvá od přijetí objednávky do jejího dokončení.

Očekávaný výsledek: Objednávka je vyřízena za <=10 minut.

(Go to a bar during rush hour, sit down at a table and order 7 cocktails. Check how long it will take from taking the order to its fulfillment.

Expected result: The order is completed in <=10 minutes.)

Compatibility testing

Objednejte si 1 bílé víno v angličtině a vyzkoušejte, zda číšník dokáže správně splnit vaši objednávku.

Očekávaný výsledek: Číšník přinese 1 bílé víno.

(Order 1 white wine in English and see if the waiter fulfills your order correctly.

Expected result: The waiter will bring 1 white wine.)

Smoke testing

Jděte k baru, sedněte si k volnému stolu a objednejte si 1 sklenku nealkoholického koktejlu. Zkontrolujte, zda je k dispozici číšník, který objednávku přijme, a zda bude objednaný koktejl ve sklenici.

Očekávaný výsledek: Číšník přinese 1 sklenici nealkoholického nápoje v koktejlové sklenici.

(Go to the bar, sit down at an empty table and order 1 glass of non-alcoholic cocktail. Check if the waiter can take the order and if the ordered cocktail will be in the cocktail glass.

Expected result: The waiter will bring 1 glass of soft drink in a cocktail glass.)
